Undergraduate students in IDM solved complex on-campus problems by designing mobile solutions.
syllaBliss, created by Dom Bonanni, was designed as a university-oriented task assignment and class scheduling application intended to facilitate communication between students and faculty. Its advantages over the current system included real-time grade calculation for students and digital homework distribution for faculty.
PhilaUnity, designed by Evan Ward, combines the social aspect of campus life with the functionality of mobile devices to provide current students a dynamic glance over their local community.
PhilaU Print, designed by Britney Wallace, is designed to overhaul Philadelphia University’s large-scale printer lab schedule and production matrix. By replacing physical scheduling and job delivery with a mobile solution, PhilaU Print streamlines the collaborative process between lab technicians and graphic designers.
