From 2006 to 2014, I served as Director of the Interactive Design & Media Program at Philadelphia University (now Thomas Jefferson University). In this leadership role, I guided curriculum development to align the program with emerging industry standards and evolving technologies, collaborating with a team of six faculty members to shape its academic direction and growth. I also led the design and development of a dynamic departmental portfolio website that showcased student work, strengthened the program’s public identity, and elevated the visibility of our students’ design excellence.
